According to Macaodaily, one of the most popolar issues and concerns for the local urban renewal is the compensation.  It is reported that

At the same time, some of the local educators are also concerning the possibly similar phenomenon in the consultation of the Formal Education Curriculam Framework while this time, seemingly, the teachers don't have much enthusiam like the consultation of the Teachers' Framework.  Is it coincident phenomenon or the common values of Macau people?
